Technical Support Analyst - Insurance Industry Experience
Our Insurance Broker client require a tech support analyst with experience working for a London Market insurance broker. Required: insurance industry experience; understanding of industry regulations (FSA, GISC, Lloyd’s legislation, Money Laundering*Proceeds of Crime, Data Protection, Health & Safety) and business compliance procedures (i.e. ISO9001:2000). Knowledge of TWINS is desirable.
The successful candidate will be educated to at least A level standard. The role will involve responding to support calls, educating users, escalate problems to suppliers, acceptance testing of new applications, build in-depth expertise in supported apps. Excellent communication skills are required to investigate and clarify support problems.
This is an excellent opportunity for an insurance industry technician with IT abilities to translate their industry experience into a tech support role.
